My stay was a mix of great hospitality and areas that need improvement. The hotel follows excellent health protocols, and the staff, especially Ma'am Michelle, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The villa was clean and spacious, perfect for celebrating with friends. However, the dining experience fell short, with the food quality not meeting expectations, and the facilities, including the pool, could use a good cleaning. Overall, it was a memorable escape with both highs and lows.

I had an excellent stay at the resort. The staff, especially Gozaif from administration and reception, were wonderful and truly made me feel welcomed. The villas are spacious and clean, but the property could use some updates. The access to the beach is a highlight, and the health club services were great. Staying at Crowne Plaza Resort in Salalah was an outstanding experience, especially during the festive season. The warm and welcoming staff made us feel special, and the beach was simply perfect for relaxation. Although the room we initially received was a bit underwhelming compared to what we expected, the overall service and amenities made it worthwhile. The food was good, but a bigger variety at breakfast would have been appreciated.
